Where she likes to sleep!
She got very cuddly in the past few days and friendly (with me that is).
The first few days she feared me and kept distance from me and couldnīt touch without she not peed from fear, but could win her trust and prove her that I not against but for her.
I could say stories how I built up the trust game with her and how me and her playing together and how cuddly and clingy she became but it would never end typing. )Her story;
She was left orphan with her two brothers at a building area as very young and luckily were found and took in a shelter I work at as well. With the shelters approval and support I got the chance to keep her here and tame her since they running low on places foxes would need and a helping hand is always welcomed in such cases as not everybody they trust with their wild animals to host them or in very rare case even adopt them non virtually.
I in the same time donated the shelter for help them a bit closer to make a new fox-save place for their new rescued fox babies since at my place very little people respect this animal much, they usually find them as pest and handle them on very cruel ways.
Her siblings very wild and partially aggressive ones - she as most female foxes pretty shy and calm even for now.My experiences;
That I canīt compare her with my first fox kit I had with me for few months. They nothing alike at all - beside they were all orphans and red fox kits.
Their personality differs a lot, and by this impossible to compare the two foxes.
Eshu is very cuddly and warm towards me, I can easily pick her up, be part of her games and takes food from my hand without biting me from hunger. She tho got food aggression, natural genetic of a wild animal but willing to trade stolen food with me for tastier treat. She only bit me three times seriously and neither of it was really "mistake" but sort of accident.
Once when I tried to sabotage her to get out of her pen, I felt too early and when reinforced the side of the pen she bit me.
Second time when her paw stuck in the fences due of a bad jump and she got scared as she couldnt free, so I helped her but as I approached and caught her she bit me.
Third time when she stole a sharp object (top of the canned food I am feeding her with) and I had to take from her to make sure she wonīt cut herself with it and didnīt have other treat in my hands.
Beside that she likes to be in my hands for cuddles, I can cuddle her and can even bend her almost the way I like in her gaming time and she actually enjoy it. Of course nothing serious, but her games rougher then a cat or dog games by default. We not entirely litter trained yet, just 50% still working on that. More of her;
